Crocker & Starr Winery in St. Helena, Napa Valley is seeking motivated winemaking interns to join our team for the upcoming 2024 harvest. This position requires someone creative, adaptable and energetic to join our small and tight-knit winemaking team. You will be exposed to all sides of harvest, from our viticultural practices, crop estimations & sampling in our 85-acre estate vineyard to crushing fruit and following fermentations all the way to barrel alongside our winemaker. We are committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of wine industry and agronomy professionals, so while previous experience isn't required, a strong work ethic and sense of curiosity is certainly encouraged. Coffee and lunch are provided every day of processing and pressing. If you are interested in learning all aspects of winemaking from vineyard to blending, this is the ideal harvest internship for you.
Crocker & Starr has made wine prioritizing quality, sustainability and innovation since our inception in 1997. We were an early adopter of organic farming practices and are transitioning towards regenerative farming, while maintaining a sustainable wine cellar. We focus on Bordeaux varieties grown on our estate vineyard.
